What is a rental salon?

Petite Salon is group of talented service professionals that is made up of independent contractors. Working in a salon community with flexibility of schedule, time off, hours and pricing. All while being supported by a front desk receptionist, booking software and having access to luxury brand products.

Petite Salon is a space where stylists have the power to create their own business while having the amenities of a high-end salon and spa. 

Do you have to be a client to purchase a product?

No way! You’re always welcome to walk in at Petite Salon and purchase products at any time.

If I am a new client do I have to schedule a consultation first?

Some service providers do you require consultations for some new services - for example hair extensions or correction of color. Most likely you are able to book right in! You’re always welcome to book a complementary consultation with a stylist before your service.

What precautions are you taking during covid?

Please follow the signs and maintain distance. Stay behind plexiglass at front desk. If you feel ill, have been ill, or have been around anyone ill you must reschedule. For your safety and the safety of our staff please use our hand sanitizer station or wash your hand upon entry. Please wear a mask when entering the salon. If you do not have one, we have some available.

Are your products returnable?

Yes, you do have a 30 day window to return any products that you purchase from our salon. Some restrictions may apply. 

I am unhappy with the way my hair turned out, what can I do?

All of our service providers are independent contractors. Please contact your service provider and they will make accommodations to make sure that you love the way you look! If you need assistance reaching your service provider, please contact our front desk and we will be happy to help you get in touch with them.

I am confused about what service I should have done on my hair, how can I pick the right option?

you are always welcome to call our front desk and explain what you’re looking for. Still not sure? Complementary consultation with one of our hairstylist.

What is the cancellation / rescheduling policy?

Please cancel or reschedule your service with your provider 24 hours in advance. Some of our independent contractors have a cancellation policy and fees may apply.
