FACE MASKS 

Masks are not required at this time. If you would like to wear one, please feel free. If you would like your service provider to wear one, please let them know upon arrival.

HEALTH SURVEY

If you feel ill, have been ill, or have been around anyone ill you must reschedule. For your safety and the safety of our staff please use our hand sanitizer station or wash your hand upon entry.

Please follow the signs and maintain distance. Stay behind plexiglass at front desk
